About Our Team

Progressive Urban Property Management is led by George Rofail. George has roots in the rental business since he was 14 years old while doing property management duties for his parents. George is a graduate of St. Ignatius High School, has a mechanical engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University and has an MBA from Penn State University. While managing his family rentals and his own rental properties, George understands the rental market in Northeast Ohio and how to manage profitable rentals while providing a good home that tenants will want to live in for years.

The staff at Progressive Urban Property Management is an experienced group that is customer oriented and always happy to serve owners and tenants. From our leasing agents to our maintenance technicians, our team is well qualified and experienced to handle all your rental needs.

Progressive Urban Property Management is a division of Progressive Urban Real Estate that has been providing full real estate services since 1986. I would like to share my experience about Ohio’s greatest Property Management Group (PUPM)!!! I am a construction/renovation company owner. Our company vends for several property management groups in Ohio. Progressive is the MOST ORGANIZED, PROFESSIONAL, ACCURATE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and TRUSTWORTHY management team I have ever encountered. There team of experts have an excellent strategy in place like no other! From receiving work orders, to properly communicating where lock box access panel are, to working with the owners and vendors to get project approved and even down on to processing invoices in a timely manner, this company is the best!! A few names that deserve recognition beyond what I can even express are: -Valerie Banks -Melissa De Leon and also Roman!!! I am renting a home that the court has appointed Property Urban Property Management to manage during a extended commercial bankruptcy foreclosure. Needless to say, this is an uncomfortable position for tenants but Property Urban has continuously provided PROFESSIONAL, CONTINUAL support and SERVICE and FAST resolution of problems. I want to especially note that both tenant coordinator VERA and director AMY have helped resolve multiple issues not the direct fault of Property Management; they reached out and personally worked hard to come up with solutions that solved the problems and helped me rather than penalized me. It is good to know there is a company today that values its clients FIRST and will take responsibility and time to protect their tenants' interests and needs. Thanks Vera and Amy!
