Had a leak in my basement and the maintenance tech Darren was fantastic. Did a great job fixing the leak. Also Faye was fantastic also. Calling the water company and making sure they turned my water back on and making sure I was taken care of. Both were great! Thank you both.

We had a leak in one of our bedrooms which required not only fixing the leak but repainting of the ceiling and the wall in the room. That being said I could not use that room and I needed it fixed before Thanksgiving because my daughter is coming in from out of town. Neonna made herself available via text messages to not only give me updates but also to make sure that this would be a seamless process for us. Neonna was very responsive and made sure that we knew about the process every step of the way. She enlisted Shaun and Marc in roofing and James for the painting. Grant did a superb job on repainting the room in a timely manner. I am truly grateful to Neonna for all the hard work and her responsiveness to make this happen. Faye also was one of the first people I spoke with and she was very helpful as well when I was trying to navigate this issue. Very glad to know that we have a team at Progressive we can count on!!

I have had a difficult time with one property due the the prior owner not completing a number of items and PUPM have been great to assist in getting these cleared up with the city. Amy Pierse has been willing to attend court hearing and coordinate with legal counsel to ensure these are taken care of and I do not need to travel into town to attend myself. For an out-of-town investor this is great help.
