Our company vends for several property management groups in Ohio. Progressive is the MOST ORGANIZED, PROFESSIONAL, ACCURATE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and TRUSTWORTHY management team I have ever encountered. There team of experts have an excellent strategy in place like no other! From receiving work orders, to properly communicating where lock box access panel are, to working with the owners and vendors to get project approved and even down on to processing invoices in a timely manner, this company is the best!! I am renting a home that the court has appointed Property Urban Property Management to manage during a extended commercial bankruptcy foreclosure. Needless to say, this is an uncomfortable position for tenants but Property Urban has continuously provided PROFESSIONAL, CONTINUAL support and SERVICE and FAST resolution of problems. I want to especially note that both tenant coordinator VERA and director AMY have helped resolve multiple issues not the direct fault of Property Management; they reached out and personally worked hard to come up with solutions that solved the problems and helped me rather than penalized me. Both of them have aided me every step of the way with Full transparency. The app they use is transparent and easy to use as well. Both are very knowledgeable about surrounding resources and are also connected which is essentially to the market and investment properties. I wanted to set aside the time to give and thorough and detailed summary of the 5-Star service provided by Progressive Urban Property Management. First, the customer service is 10/10, with the concisely breaking down the steps of the process & monthly costs. Nothing was up for question, and everything was professionally handled from the Realtor, Janena, to the Property Manager, Jessenia. As I am new voucher recipient, which alternatively makes the process a little bit longer than usual, and they made my move smoother than any previous landlords. During the process, Jessenia explained step-by-step and has a impressive system of documenting and detailing the next steps. Not to mention, she was kind, efficient, and extremely organized. Janena, was an amazing agent, who happily showed us the property in the middle of winter, and really made sure that we were able to get this property once she knew we were all in. I am in love with our new neighborhood and am extremely happy with the property. If you are looking for safe, comfortable, reasonably priced, and aesthetically pleasing properties, look no further.
