We also believe in keeping the process simple. The application is free to complete and the credit and background check is $30 per adult. Our screening criteria includes income levels, criminal background, rental history, and credit reports. We will expertly guide you through the application and tenant screening process so it’s hassle free.
After renting, we will remain your friendly and timely point of contact. We provide a 24/7, 365 number should you need any emergency assistance. We provide various methods for rent payments including an online portal that can be used to submit maintenance requests.

What a great group of people. We just signed on with PUPM for managing our rental house and the group is very professional and organized to the hilt. George Rofail was terrific in meeting with us and introducing us to other members of the group. And Amy Pierse, Director of Operations, is fierce!!! She is an extreme go-getter and very much on top of things for transitioning the property from our previous management company to PUPM. Such a professional and great communications as to the status of the transition. A great relief and we are so very happy that we working with this group!!

I was having issues with invoices not being done on time or being done at all, and couldn’t get any definite answers or even a returned call, until I got in contact with Melissa De Leon, she immediately got it done and got me taken care of without any issues.
