I wanted to give recognition to Valerie Bank. My company has newly partnered with Urban Progressive. Since the initial start Val has been vigorously detailed on instructions with educating us on how to use their Buildium portal. In addition, when I have a question, she is very quick to respond with the answers I need to perform a job in a timely and professional manner. I have worked with a few property management groups but have never experienced red carpet treatment like this. This leave me without a doubt in mind that their tenants and the owners of these properties as truly in the best hands. It only takes people to be human and care with compassion. This characteristic of dedication she has for this company is beyond VALUABLE! If everyone could follow behind her work ethic, business would always go much smoother. I look forward to seeing what more this company has to offer and it makes me want to always go up and beyond to please them!

As an out of state investor with 10 units, I've been working with PUPM for 2.5 years and my experience has been very positive. Open, honest and responsive, I've had a great working relationship with George, Amy, Engy, Monique and Roman. When I raised concerns / issues, they promptly respond and not only address the immediate need, but also the root cause. I've grown to trust PUPM to provide useful information that helped guide some of our property purchases, promptly on-boarded our properties, led us through the evictions process of inherited tenants, spearheaded 8 make ready projects and sourced both quality section 8 and non-section 8 tenants. All of of our properties have required a variety of make-ready efforts - from simple paint and cleaning, to new roofs & garage foundations to even a complete down-to-the-studs remodel. Through this process, PUPM helped identify reliable & quality vendors (in-house & external), sourced multiple competing and fair bids, effectively managed the contractors and had the projects completed within a reasonable time periods. Overall, we have been very happy with PUPM and would / have personally recommend them to friends & family.

First off let me start by saying this is a great company to work for. I’m a contractor this company hire for a multitude of jobs. I have much respect and admiration for Monique and Valerie in the office. I work for many Property Management companies throughout north east Ohio, I’ve never met two people that care more about their tenants and employees as these two ladies do. They always make time to solve problems that I’m facing with the work I’m doing. But most of all I’ve witnessed these ladies step out of their work required duties to help tenants. Not only are they great assets to this company, they are great human beings. In this day and age that’s a rare commodity.

Progressive Urban Property Management has been an excellent company to work with over the last 3 years. They are all very quick to respond, especially Amy, to all forms of communications with any questions or concerns we may have about a job being done. We were also given access to an app that has helped us schedule jobs so much easier. Overall a great company to work with!

Top tier experience as a prospective now current tenant. Holly made the process seamless, was always there to answer any questions and professional beyond words!! If I could give you guys a million stars I would!!! Thank you for everything!!! Update a year later: Still in love with PUPM. They were always so thorough and efficient. Always had open communication. Needed a new dishwasher, sent the request on a Sunday, it was installed by the next Saturday, and only that late because of having to get approval from the owner. Ended up getting a lesser quality dishwasher than the one we had. Sent a request at 5am for another concern, someone was here by 10am. Bob has come to fix quite a few things since we moved in; mostly electrical issues. He's amazing, super knowledgeable and fast yet does not do a rush job. Now I will say there has been a TON of issues in this house but I will say it is no fault to PUPM. It is the owner. The property was purchased a few months before we moved in (bought in April, we moved in at the end of July) and I can tell they put little to no effort into improvements. There was a lot of random wiring that I'm sure is probably not up to code. And half a** repairs. The owner was extremely cheap and wanted to just find a quick fix instead of fully fixing an issue (cheap dishwasher replacement, a quick fix for the furnace instead of replacing the 30 year old one). Again with no fault to PUPM. Now this is the worst part........a year later, the owner decides to sell........and wants the property "vacant" before listing. Now we have less than 60 days to find some where to live. Monique Price has been great with helping with that but they can only do so much to fix an issue the owner caused. I have never dealt with the property management company being amazing and the owner being wellll....you can infer how I feel about that. Hoping a property with PUPM comes available soon!!!! Monique and Holly have been AMAZING.

Thanks so much for the smooth onboarding! We don’t live in OH and needed help with several tasks we couldn’t complete ourselves! Regina and Amy have been thorough and timely in communications throughout our transition to PUPM from our former PM team.

Valerie Banks is very responsive, very helpful, very knowledgeable and 1 of the best maintenance coordinator in the city. Valerie makes sure funds are paid on time. she calls to check up to make sure every thing is going smoothly .every time i call her she answers the call.(communcation is the key) last but not least she is full of positive energy. thanks so much Valerie Banks

From an owner’s POV this is a wonderful management company to be involved with. Amy Pierse, the office manager/head honcho has always been incredibly helpful to me and I couldn’t appreciate it more!!

This is a first class management company and they have handled our portfolio for almost two years and each year is better and better. Amy Pierse does a magnificent job with tenants and getting them to pay and she is wonderful to work with! As an owner, I strongly recommend using them!!
