About Our Team

Progressive Urban Property Management is led by George Rofail. George has roots in the rental business since he was 14 years old while doing property management duties for his parents. George is a graduate of St. Ignatius High School, has a mechanical engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University and has an MBA from Penn State University. While managing his family rentals and his own rental properties, George understands the rental market in Northeast Ohio and how to manage profitable rentals while providing a good home that tenants will want to live in for years.

The staff at Progressive Urban Property Management is an experienced group that is customer oriented and always happy to serve owners and tenants. From our leasing agents to our maintenance technicians, our team is well qualified and experienced to handle all your rental needs.

Progressive Urban Property Management is a division of Progressive Urban Real Estate that has been providing full real estate services since 1986. I am a tenant with Urban Property Management, and I can honestly say compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, this is by far the best. They reply to maintenance requests fast and make it clear that they are here for any questions or concerns I may have. I’d like to mention Faye specifically, she’s been a huge help to me in my first month of being with them. If you’re looking for a nice clean place to rent, with wonderful staff, Urban Property Management is the place to go!

In a world of scams it’s very hard trying to find a trust worthy company. I had a pleasure of working with Jess who’s a leasing agent at Urban Property Management. She was very helpful when it came to completing paperwork. She even downloaded the app to my phone and showed me where all of the status updates and changes will be. She really kept me updated throughout the process via email and call. She definitely helped the process run smoothly!!

Amy P., the property manager for PUPM, has been instrumental in helping people find homes in this insane rental market. I work for a direct “competitor”, but because she has grown her company so quickly, I always send potential tenants her way when I can’t help them out. I legitimately was just messaging with someone this morning and sending them over to PUPM because I didn’t have anything applicable. Amy is a true asset and PUPM is a stellar property management group!

What a great group of people. We just signed on with PUPM for managing our rental house and the group is very professional and organized to the hilt. George Rofail was terrific in meeting with us and introducing us to other members of the group. And Amy Pierse, Director of Operations, is fierce!!! She is an extreme go-getter and very much on top of things for transitioning the property from our previous management company to PUPM. Such a professional and great communications as to the status of the transition. A great relief and we are so very happy that we working with this group!!
