Progressive Urban Property Management is led by George Rofail. George has roots in the rental business since he was 14 years old while doing property management duties for his parents. George is a graduate of St. Ignatius High School, has a mechanical engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University and has an MBA from Penn State University. While managing his family rentals and his own rental properties, George understands the rental market in Northeast Ohio and how to manage profitable rentals while providing a good home that tenants will want to live in for years.

The staff at Progressive Urban Property Management is an experienced group that is customer oriented and always happy to serve owners and tenants. From our leasing agents to our maintenance technicians, our team is well qualified and experienced to handle all your rental needs.
