My experience so far has been pleasant. George and Amy both respond to my questions quickly. Email is the preferred form of communication I utilize, but I will call as well in order to gain clarity. I schedule an appointment via calenderly. My property requires renovations and I am having the utilities turned on which will require a 4-hour window, so in order to be cost-effective, the maintenance manager will start cleaning up the property and preparing my renovation quote while waiting for the utility representatives. Another company would have tried to make numerous trips - that would cost me extra money unnecessarily. I am a working mom with a family just trying to cash flow, I am not a bank and I do not want to feel my PM is taking advantage of me. Progressive Urban Property Management has not made me feel that way as someone new to the Cleveland market. They utilize buldium management software and my one wish thus far would be a chat/communication option that could be used along with the request option for questions by the landlords, for work Ex. if I am considering painting the brick, but it is not a need or necessity I can communicate this with my PM. Also videos along with photos would be great when doing the property inspection would be great for landlords. Also an option for landlords to upload documents to their profile under the PM account. This is my first property in the area and I will purchase more once I know I have a management team that will provide me the security and reliability that my property will require. I hope Progressive Urban Property Management will be a part of my plan. So far I believe they will be! I recommend Progressive Urban Property Management for out-of-state investors. George and Amy answer all my questions and I have many questions as it really takes a lot to trust a company to act in your best interest.

UPDATE: they keep coming by in announced. AND IT IS ILLEAGL- YOU HAVE TO GIVE 24 HOUR NOTICE They toured the upstairs without letting me know so i have a bunch of people walking through my front door WITHOUT BEING TOLD YET AGAIN!!!! You need to inform you tenants if they are showing the property Good luck getting proper communication from this company. Seems like reviews are the only way the higher ups will listen. They’ve shutdown power to my house without letting us know. We were told by amy that they would give us a gift card reimbursing us for the groceries and that never happened. We live in a two story duplex and their people will just drop on by without letting us know. So these random people who have keys to our house show up and come and go as they please. I was taking a nap and i was woken up with my houses back door being bursted open of some guy going upstairs. Nobody let me know, my dogs are going crazy, and I think someone just broke into my house. Turns out that he’s from progressive to look upstairs….shocker… now i have to wait till he leaves to go to work because i already don’t feel safe leaving things locked when he’s here…. The only good thing is the 3rd contractor company they use to repair things in this house. Shawn and his team are the only ones that properly communicate with me the if they are going to be here. AND THEY ARENT EVEN APART OF THIS COMPANY!
Faye was really good with responding to my work order and sent someone out in a reasonable time frame. Steve the technician came and check out my furnace and was very helpful with getting it fixed. He even took the time to listen to other concerns I had about my furnace.
Shower wouldn't shut off, and was getting worried. Bob drove out from Shaker right away to fix it
Manager jam reached out to me about some recent repair repairs that I had done in my apartment by technician Bob, who is awesome. He always comes in a timely manner. He’s always polite and so is jam. I would recommend renting from this property. They are awesome and timely when it comes to Maintenance issues and checking on you to make sure that everything was up to your standards. Thank you to Bob and jam for making my stay here comfortable
This may be the easiest property management company to get things done with putting in repair request is as simple as using an app and Bob shows up to your house with urgency repairs are done quickly but efficiently and Jam double checks to make sure you're satisfied with everything and that everything was done correctly to say I'm happy is an understatement.
Though I've only been with them for a short time the two instances I've had to make a request Faye handled them in a very timely manner
