I had serious bath tub faucet water leaking issue. I especially want to thank Progressive’s staff ,Faye and Darren, for their support. When I called for reporting water leaking issue. Faye actively assisted me in communicating and scheduling the repairing technician, Darren, to come to my house. Darren came to my house to check the issue on “Sunday “ and repaired the problem efficiently and professionally the next day!!

Bob is the Best … He did an amazing job with my kitchen sink, dishwasher and bad tub drain, I couldn’t be more pleased he was quick fast and got straight to the problem .. I have never dealt with such a professional leasing company!! When ever I place a maintenance request or if I need assistance with anything, I get a response immediately! Additionally their maintenance Coordinator Jamille Millan is a such a Professional! She answers emails promptly, she is patient, super respectful overall she seems to be a stellar member of the Progressive Urban Property management team! I have good faith the company will make it far. Thank you all for all the unseen hard work that is making the company run effectively.

We started working with PUPM team in early September after dealing with our previous property manager who was incredibly dishonest, and lacked communication. Since onboarding with PUPM, the team has been fantastic at communicating with us via the app, and emails; they’re straightforward and clear. The team is prompt at responding to tenant concerns, and our own concerns. We have a private contractor that’s been working in one of our units, PUPM team, specifically- Fred Fornilos, the Maintenance Project Coordinator, has been great at following up with us regarding the unit readiness on a weekly basis. We look forward to continuing to work with the PUPM team.
