Full-Service Commercial Property Management In Cleveland

They took over our property a few months ago. Which I was excited for and boy was i disappointed. Same problem as the last rental company. They don’t follow through with maintenance and can Barely get ahold of anyone to follow up with the tickets. I have had the same maintenance ticket open for over 2 months and they keep claiming that they’re getting one of their ‘venders’ to contact me but I never hear anything. Ive had two separate people come in and take a look at what needs to be done then I get ghosted then get assigned to another ‘vender’ that never contacts me. I had a separate issue resolved while the other ticket remained open and ignored; They asked me to leave them a 5 star review. I told them I'm not leaving a review till my other things get fixed. That was weeks ago…. So here is the honest review.

My downstairs neighbor moved out. Whoever they contracted with stole 2 BBQ grills, shovel and a few other random things that were outside. There was no regard for the fact ive been here 4yrs paying rent on time. Its so hard to get any info off the main line. Never had this issue with the other property management. They never call back. This has been ongoing since before Thanksgiving. I lost the lady's info who only called back cause I gave 3 stars now im back to square 0.

In Regards to the Jeremy the Exterminator he's been to our residents twice an he's done a thorough job. He is very pleasant,would recommend him to exterminate any place we would live in. 5stars for Jeremy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we definitely see improvement. Thanks for sending someone who will get the job done.

Avoid at all costs, if you’re able! They really don’t care about their tenants or their property. Our old landlord sold the duplex we live in and this company bought it. First few months we spent fighting with them trying to overcharge us after being told by multiple people are rent would not change once ownership was transferred. We finally get that figured out after MONTHS of back and forth with the office. Then, right after we sign a new lease with them we have new neighbors move in below us in the duplex who smoke cigarettes inside stinking up their unit as well as our entire unit. I am severely allergic to cigarette smoke, management simply doesn’t care. I left a note directly to our neighbors as well as reported them to management every single time I smelt cigarettes coming through OUR vents into OUR unit. They say they deal with it but the neighbors continue to do it with complete disregard to us and our pets living above the getting secondhand smoke. Our lease has a huge clause about smoking and how its terms for lease termination, yet 6 reports later I am still waking up to cigarette smoke coming into our bedroom through the vents. For FOUR STRAIGHT MONTHS! They don’t care about their property CLEARLY but the lack of care for tenants is where I get frustrated.

Excellent Property Management company. I’ve had to switch multiple times and I’m sticking with them. Mareez has been exceptionally great to work with. Any concerns I voiced were handled patiently and quickly. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

The company is prompt when it comes to certain maintenance requests!! Jam and Bob does great work. They also communicate upon arrival
