We also believe in keeping the process simple. The application is free to complete and the credit and background check is $35 per adult. Our screening criteria includes income levels, criminal background, rental history, and credit reports. We will expertly guide you through the application and tenant screening process so it’s hassle free.

After renting, we will remain your friendly and timely point of contact. We provide a 24/7, 365 number should you need any emergency assistance. We provide various methods for rent payments including an online portal that can be used to submit maintenance requests.
