Our screening criteria includes income levels, criminal background, rental history, and credit reports. We will expertly guide you through the application and tenant screening process so it’s hassle free.
After renting, we will remain your friendly and timely point of contact. We provide a 24/7, 365 number should you need any emergency assistance. We provide various methods for rent payments including an online portal that can be used to submit maintenance requests.

I am a tenant with Urban Property Management, and I can honestly say compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, this is by far the best. They reply to maintenance requests fast and make it clear that they are here for any questions or concerns I may have. I’d like to mention Faye specifically, she’s been a huge help to me in my first month of being with them. In a world of scams it’s very hard trying to find a trust worthy company. I had a pleasure of working with Jess who’s a leasing agent at Urban Property Management. She was very helpful when it came to completing paperwork. She even downloaded the app to my phone and showed me where all of the status updates and changes will be. She really kept me updated throughout the process via email and call. She definitely helped the process run smoothly!!

Amy P., the property manager for PUPM, has been instrumental in helping people find homes in this insane rental market. I work for a direct “competitor”, but because she has grown her company so quickly, I always send potential tenants her way when I can’t help them out. I legitimately was just messaging with someone this morning and sending them over to PUPM because I didn’t have anything applicable. Amy is a true asset and PUPM is a stellar property management group!
