Our screening criteria includes income levels, criminal background, rental history, and credit reports. We will expertly guide you through the application and tenant screening process so it’s hassle free.

After renting, we will remain your friendly and timely point of contact. We provide a 24/7, 365 number should you need any emergency assistance. We provide various methods for rent payments including an online portal that can be used to submit maintenance requests.

I had a great experience with Leon (technician). He recently fixed my kitchen stove and now it works fine. He was also helpful and nice. Faye received my maintenance request and I got a response within hours. She was nice and submitted the request fast. Thank you!. Also, Bob came this morning to installed a doorbell and the lock on my screen door. Everything is working now!. I didn’t have to wait long for my maintenance request to be submitted either.
