Jess, was my leasing agent that took care of me from the moment she showed me the property to the minute she handed me the keys. The entire process was smooth, simple, and easy to understand with her detailed and thorough explanations of each process. Anytime ! had a question she was always available, flexibly working around both of our schedules and very considerate of my time. Overall,my experience with Jess as my very first leasing agent was simply excellent and couldn't fathom an easier process.

Maintenance was completed in time and Jam even checked in with me after to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Stay away from these people, they only care about their money, your safety, and your well-being will be screw up. Also, if you rent with them, they will want to include a rule that only exists with them, witch is a property insurance.

Best property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Very efficient and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Faye was great with handling my maintenance request about my HVAC issues. Viktor from VK Furnace got his guys on the job, setup and done very quickly.

There are a lot of good things I could say about this management company especially how quickly they respond to maintenance requests. Faye is a saving grace. Always makes sure maintenance requests are handled and follows up behind them to make sure they are handled.

Thankful for the maintenance team, Carlton fixed my NASTY MOLDY shower and replaced it with a beautiful glass shower that is easy to keep clean and when Carlton is doing the job, the job is always done right and with great skill. He rebuilt our porch, and it is wonderful and structurally sound, which I could not have said before he replaced it with fine wood working skills! Jam also did a great job supporting the wonderful maintenance crew, the man, the myth, THE LEGEND, Carlton. Bless you Carlton, you made my life a wayyyyyyy better place.
