Northeast Ohio Property Management for New Investors 

My recent experience was great. Bob the technician installed a new doorbell for my home. He also installed a new lock for my screen door because the old one was broken. Jam from PUMP reached out to me about my maintenance request to make sure everything was fixed. Jam was polite. Thank you!.

I had a great experience with Leon (technician). He recently fixed my kitchen stove and now it works fine. He was also helpful and nice. Faye received my maintenance request and I got a response within hours. She was nice and submitted the request fast. Thank you!.

As a landlord you'll never make any money working with them. You'll lose money actually. I was a landlord and had hire this company because of the 'great reviews'. I had to move on from them less than a year later because every month there was 'fees' and 'maintenance'. They want to only hire their workers and contractors so they can hike up the price whatever they want it to be. I found another contractor myself, that was a fight trying to do that. They were saying that they will have to charge me extra to supervise him. I said that, 'that's not necessary I trust him I had his confidence from another friend of mine that owns homes in Cleveland as well. Come to find out all those maintenance and fees they were charging was for NOTHING just a way to pay their employees of however many ppl they got working with them. Also the exterminator they have working for them didn't do anything either. I went to the home myself and spoke to the tenants. They said this company did nothing they claim they did on the Buildium app you use with them.

My landlord switched to this property management company about 2 weeks ago, so I can't say whether or not they're a good company to rent through. But what I will say is..this morning (9am)Faye called, asking if I could leave a 5 star review. Then, texted me 3 times in 3 hrs (it is currently 12:13pm) to remind me ABOUT A DAMN REVIEW!! That is crazy to me! Boarder line harassment..And the fact she specifically said leave a FIVE STAR review makes me suspect that most of their 5 stars reviews are fake! I wouldn't say not to rent through them but I would definitely say not to believe all the positive reviews and to read some negative ones because its more truth to those.. Edit: It has been 3 months with this company, and for 3 months they have not applied my water/sewer bill to my account! Last week, I brought this issue to my landlords attention, she then reached out to Progressive Urban Property Management (numerous times). they sent her an email back stating they would have the appropriate person handle the matter. Well..that was a week ago and nothing! Today, they added rent to my balance but again not the water/sewer bill from the last few months. My landlord is sick of their BS too, said she sent them a bitchy email..I wouldn't be surprised (or upset) if she switched property management, because this is ridiculous and bad for business! NOW, Im telling you..believe the bad reviews for sure! This property management company is a joke!

Great company and great human beings. Highly recommend them to all out of state owners. UPDATED I wanted to update my initial review. PUPM keeps exceeding my expectations from them, and I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I have been working with them for less than a year, and their team is phenomenal. Their process are perfectly streamlined and even where their is a issue, the level of care the team has is impressive. Without going too much in details, I wanted to give a huge shout out to Neonna, Regine and Yvone for being phenomenal. I know there is a whole team that supports them and fosters a culture of go getters, and they also need credit too. Keep up the great work everyone. I can confidently say that you are one of the best teams in PM that I have had the pleasure to work with.

We have been with Progressive Urban Property Management for a few months now and they have really done a great job. Faye is always on the ball when I contact them and my issues are resolved in very timely manner. Two nights ago my furnace was making loud sounds and kept turning on every 10 minutes. It got me concerned so at 7am the next morning I emailed Faye about this. By 9:am Faye responded that Steve would be contacting me this day. At 10am Steve was ready to come to the house. He arrived shortly after and checked out the furnace and had it fixed and maintenance and thank goodness he did as my furnace was about to BREAK but Steve saved it now it is working great and not running bad!!! Thank You Faye for being so kind and efficient! You are always so fast at getting back to me and I appreciate you so much you and Steve saved our furnace! Thank you Steve for being so punctual and thorough and explaining everything you did in words that I could understand! You guys really have a great work ethic! Again, thank you and Happy Holidays 😊 🌲💖🙏

We have only been working with this company for a short time but so far we can report no issues. They communicate in a timely manner and follow through with what they say they are going to do. Our main contact is Faye and she is very polite and professional. Keep up the good work Faye!

The registration requirements for the City of Cleveland are such a burden for out of town small investors. Regine Appegu, Owner Relations Coordinator, has been so valuable and responsive to coordinate the myriad of documentation required to complete the registration. For an out-of-town investor she has been very helpful.

Once I was finally added to PUPM Company. Monique walked me through joining the system and she was able to get work orders left behind by the previous owner submitted by their maintenance guy Bob, who arrived the following day. Bob was very nice and completed the repair needed for my bathroom sink and he also bought me a new filter for my furnace. I really appreciate him caring enough to complete the job. I was really surprised that Jam reached out to me and asked if I was happy with the service that I received, that made my day cause most management companies don't bother to follow up with the tenant to see if there workers completed the job. Thank you so much for caring Jam.

Absolutely love the service I have been receiving so far. Jam, the maintenance coordinator and Bob the technician are very professional and polite. No complaints on my end; just compliments from a satisfied tenant!
