Our competitive pricing packages have no hidden fees or surprise surcharges, thereby offering a clear understanding of costs. In addition, our clients appreciate our no-nonsense assessment when recommending necessary property repairs.
Our management packages will cover all aspects of maintaining your property and keeping it filled with long-term tenants.
We can even arrange to pay pesky utility and other bills for the property on your behalf so you won't be inconvenienced or risk missing time-sensitive notices.
Our team is equipped to handle unique circumstances, including property receivership, for which a pricing estimate can be provided.

I worked with Fred Fornilos for several years and he was an absolute pleasure. He is very reliable, and professional as well as a quick learner. He is very well spoken and his communication skills are on point. He is not afraid to ask questions to improve his knowledge and performance of his job. This is for Progressive Urban Property (Faye & Darren) I am giving a compliment for the Maintenance Dept specifically to Darren for being very professional at what he does when repairing different things AND also to Faye who coordinates the Maintenance Orders to get repairs done in a timely fashion and she is very friendly. Darren is skillful and will put in that extra effort on a repair - when he’s finished the job always look very nice and I like that. Darren is also very easy to talk too. . Cassandra

I have had a difficult time with one property due the the prior owner not completing a number of items and PUPM have been great to assist in getting these cleared up with the city. Amy Pierse has been willing to attend court hearing and coordinate with legal counsel to ensure these are taken care of and I do not need to travel into town to attend myself. For an out-of-town investor this is great help.

We had a leak in one of our bedrooms which required not only fixing the leak but repainting of the ceiling and the wall in the room. That being said I could not use that room and I needed it fixed before Thanksgiving because my daughter is coming in from out of town. Neonna made herself available via text messages to not only give me updates but also to make sure that this would be a seamless process for us. Neonna was very responsive and made sure that we knew about the process every step of the way. She enlisted Shaun and Marc in roofing and James for the painting. Grant did a superb job on repainting the room in a timely manner. I am truly grateful to Neonna for all the hard work and her responsiveness to make this happen. Faye also was one of the first people I spoke with and she was very helpful as well when I was trying to navigate this issue. Very glad to know that we have a team at Progressive we can count on!!
