I've been working with Progressive Urban Property Management for the past few months, and I can confidently say they are one of the best property management companies in the greater Cleveland area. It makes sense why they have over 1,000 properties under their management. From the start, they've been incredibly communicative and accessible. Whether it's a quick question or a larger discussion about the property, I always feel like I can get in touch and get a thoughtful, timely response. Their systems and procedures are well-established, which gives me peace of mind as an owner—they handle everything with professionalism and care. What really stands out is how well they balance the needs of both tenants and owners. They treat the property with genuine care and make decisions that are fair and well-informed. They’re also knowledgeable about different options and approaches, which makes it easy to trust their recommendations. Working with them has been an all-around great experience, and I’d highly recommend Progressive Urban to any property owner in the area.

I highly recommend PUPM. I called a few times for repairs, and each time, the repairs were finished in a timely manner. Faye is awesome to talk to. She definitely makes the process nice and smooth.

I been renting from PUPM for about a month now yes at first there was a problem with one properties but they hurried up and fix the problem and that was amazing very surprising as well due to other leasing companies, spinning, and taking application fees, I’ve been in their property for about a month now any problems that I have with the property they fix it immediately their staff including Nicole is amazing and as good at answering questions that you have regarding the property or with their portal I highly recommend looking into them if you’re looking for a good quiet reasonable in your budget property and give them a phone call

Our company Sanford And Son Tree Service became a vendor with PUMP. We received our first job within a week of signing up. The maintenance department agent Faye has been great always responsive in a timely manner. She is amazing to work with. Helps make finding and navigating the portal easy.
