There team of experts have an excellent strategy in place like no other! From receiving work orders, to properly communicating where lock box access panel are, to working with the owners and vendors to get project approved and even down on to processing invoices in a timely manner, this company is the best!! I am renting a home that the court has appointed Property Urban Property Management to manage during a extended commercial bankruptcy foreclosure. Needless to say, this is an uncomfortable position for tenants but Property Urban has continuously provided PROFESSIONAL, CONTINUAL support and SERVICE and FAST resolution of problems. I want to especially note that both tenant coordinator VERA and director AMY have helped resolve multiple issues not the direct fault of Property Management; they reached out and personally worked hard to come up with solutions that solved the problems and helped me rather than penalized me. It is good to know there is a company today that values its clients FIRST and will take responsibility and time to protect their tenants' interests and needs. Thanks Vera and Amy!
