Our screening criteria includes income levels, criminal background, rental history, and credit reports. We will expertly guide you through the application and tenant screening process so it’s hassle free.
After renting, we will remain your friendly and timely point of contact. We provide a 24/7, 365 number should you need any emergency assistance. We provide various methods for rent payments including an online portal that can be used to submit maintenance requests.

If you work with Progressive Urban Property Management, work with Monique. I live on one of their properties and we had some unsavory tenants here. I filed complaints and she was very responsive and kept me updated on what was going on to remove the tenants. She will work to make sure you are comfortable at the property you stay at and has no problem going above and beyond with communication. Even if it means she has to call you outside of office hours to understand what’s going on and ensure satisfaction. She comes to you with a plan when you have a problem, keeps things professional and real; and that’s all you can really ask for.

I'm going to be moving to the area next week. My realtor was AWESOME...Janeae called when I showed interest in one of the listing's. She contacted me to ask if I've seen the property I said no. For I currently live in Toledo. But over the weekend I was in Lorain and gave her a call to set up a time to see it. She did just that. After seeing it we weren't pleased and she knew it. She told us of a showing she will be having later in the day, we agreed to see it. Immediately we were in love. I love just how Janeae worked with us. I love how she expressed interest in us seeing the listing. I wouldn't of had it any other way. I would definitely recommend UPMP to anyone interested in renting in the area...

Working with ReAnna and Jess has been a great experience! Relocating from another state is extremely stressful, but ReAnna helped make the process as smooth as possible.
