I am renting a home that the court has appointed Property Urban Property Management to manage during a extended commercial bankruptcy foreclosure. Needless to say, this is an uncomfortable position for tenants but Property Urban has continuously provided PROFESSIONAL, CONTINUAL support and SERVICE and FAST resolution of problems. I want to especially note that both tenant coordinator VERA and director AMY have helped resolve multiple issues not the direct fault of Property Management; they reached out and personally worked hard to come up with solutions that solved the problems and helped me rather than penalized me. It is good to know there is a company today that values its clients FIRST and will take responsibility and time to protect their tenants' interests and needs. Thanks Vera and Amy!
